I’m a former teacher turned bookkeeper and small-business finance adviser on a mission to help tiny and small businesses get comfortable with their money.

How the Experience Works

Before our VIP Day, I’ll do some prep work on your financial statements—so when we hop on Zoom, you just show up fully caffeinated, fed, and ready to explore the ins and outs of your business.

Pre-Work:

Send me your P&L and balance sheet, plus a detailed general ledger covering the past 12 months OR
Grant me access to QBO, FreshBooks, Xero, Wave, or provide a copy of your QBD file.
I’ll review everything so we can dive straight into the good stuff on Day 1.

Day 1 (Morning, 2.5–3 Hours on Zoom)

Deep Dive: We’ll uncover your money fears, hidden beliefs, and genetic “downloads,” then map out your biggest goals and dreams.
P&L Breakdown: Together, we’ll dissect your profit & loss statement so you can see exactly where your money is going.
Homework: Reservoirs Setup: You’ll head to your bank (or jump online) to open the dedicated accounts we’ll need for The Reservoirs system.
Behind the Scenes: While you’re doing that, I’ll refine your P&L and tailor The Reservoirs to your unique numbers and objectives.

Day 2 (Morning, 2.5–3 Hours on Zoom)

System Walkthrough: I’ll show you how The Reservoirs work step by step, then we’ll make some money moves in real time so you can see just how easy it is.
Balance Sheet + Goal Setting: We’ll dig into your balance sheet, fine-tune any last details, and chart out where you’re headed next—complete with a plan to pay yourself regularly.

By the end of Day 2, you’ll have:

Reports you can actually read and use
