If you asked any of us where we would be two and a half years ago, we would not have answered with more people working remotely. We used to wake up each morning, make a coffee, have breakfast, commute to work for at least thirty minutes, work for 8 hours, maybe sneak in a lunch break, and then come home to our families. Our day to day was planned, pretty much the same routine day in and day out. Now, a lot of companies have given their employees the option to completely work from home, work specific days from home, or some people are right back to the grind. Let’s be honest, most of us likely didn’t miss that 9-5 or what was more likely the 8-6 once you factor in the commute time. We crave our new-found flexibility and the ability to spend more time with our loved ones.
